About The Position

Truvani is seeking a Direct Response Copywriter to create compelling ad copy, hooks, scripts, and campaigns that convert strangers into customers across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and email. This remote, U.S.-based role involves working closely with the Senior Creative Strategist and the in-house creative team to develop content from concept to final product. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, persuasive messaging, brand trust, and media performance, and can adapt their writing to various tones while maintaining Truvani's distinct voice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience with a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, or conversions through Meta, Instagram, or other paid ad channels.
  • Deep, applied knowledge of direct-response and consumer-psychology principles (e.g., Schwartz, Ogilvy, Halbert, Breakthrough Advertising).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate direct-response principles into short-form, engaging content for social media feeds.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to write in different tones while maintaining brand voice.
  • A portfolio showcasing 2-3 pieces of copy, ideally with performance results.
  • Comfort working on multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Genuine interest in the health, wellness, supplements, or CPG categories.
  • Based in the United States and able to work core U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Write ad copy, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs for Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels, managing concepts from idea to finished asset.
  • Own the concept development process, including writing copy, briefing designers and video editors, and collaborating with creators for on-camera scripts.
  • Write email campaigns, social captions, product copy, and other brand content, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Act as a steward of Truvani's brand voice across all written materials.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist, designers, video editors, and product and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on deadline.
  • Utilize performance data (CTR, hook rate, CPA) and customer feedback to refine messaging and optimize content.
  • Stay updated on direct-response classics, competitor advertising, and industry trends to maintain fresh and effective copy.
