This role is for a Next Gen Direct Ministry position within Young Life. Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith and adhere to its Christian purposes of evangelism and discipleship. Employees must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord and subscribe to Young Life's statements and policies. This includes ministering as a servant of God, proclaiming the gospel, refraining from conduct that detracts from biblical standards, and abiding by all policies. The role involves spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry (contact work, club, Campaigners, camp), and ministry support (accounting, administration, communication, data management, strategic plan). Full-time staff are expected to complete a Training Timeline experience in non ASC years. Regional and Area Training are also required, along with individualized training supervised by the area director. A college degree is preferred.
