We are seeking a Direct Mail/Digital Acquisition Marketing Program Lead to contribute to next level of growth and expansion. The Direct Mail/Digital Acquisition Program Lead is a strategic professional with a primary focus of developing direct mail creative strategy & execution for consumer and small business credit card partner portfolio. The person works collaboratively with a host of internal stakeholders and manages some external stakeholders for campaign development and execution. The role directly impacts Branded Cards acquisition goals. Leads the acquisitions direct mail program for a partner card portfolio through creative execution by collaborating with external ad agencies as well as internal stakeholders. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity. Execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement to meet business and Plan goals. Works collaboratively with Analytics teams to make sound decisions and recommendations to leadership. Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns. Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.
