We have a client looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in direct mail and offline media. This is a 40hr per week contract role, with an initial 5-month term. This role will help own the strategy and execution of direct mail programs across all consumer-facing campaigns, including direct mail, shared mail, package inserts, flyers, and other offline placements. In addition, this individual will manage promo code operations tied to direct mailâdriven campaigns supported by the broader paid marketing team. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with internal marketing, analytics, martech, creative, and external agency teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong performance mindset and hands-on experience driving measurable ROI through direct mail and other offline channels.
