This role sits at the heart of Tilt’s card growth engine, leading one of our newest credit card acquisition channels: Direct Mail. As the Direct Mail Lead, you’ll focus on the strategy, execution, and performance of Tilt’s direct mail program - from audience targeting and offer strategy to creative testing and unit economics. You’ll play a critical role in scaling profitable growth for our Card business by unlocking the potential of a direct mail program. You’ll partner closely with credit, product, analytics, and external vendors to ensure our direct mail programs drive strong customer outcomes and sustainable unit economics at scale.
