About The Position

This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding, testing, and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team, providing support for platforms and operations. Lead the end-to-end execution of direct mail programs—from development through production release. You’ll manage multiple concurrent campaigns, partner across internal teams and external partners, and ensure all deliverables are met. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence, campaign versioning, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key part in achieving channel performance and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Direct mail production experience with strong print and mail expertise; capable of managing campaign and project execution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, time-sensitive work with third-party suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and high-volume projects in dynamic environments while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution with independence and urgency.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn and adapt to bank applications supporting direct mail program management.
