Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a technically skilled Product Manager to lead strategy, product definition, and lifecycle management for Compute’s direct liquid-cooling infrastructure portfolio. As AI, accelerated computing, and HPC increase rack power densities beyond traditional air-cooling capabilities, this role will define solutions spanning servers, racks, cooling distribution units (CDUs), cold plates, manifolds, facility water systems, monitoring, and control technologies. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, sales, services, finance, marketing, and strategic partners to deliver scalable, commercially viable solutions for dense AI and accelerated-computing systems. The role owns product strategy and roadmaps, integrated product development, ecosystem partnerships, go-to-market execution, and business performance throughout the product lifecycle. The position is hybrid and requires working an average of two days per week from an HPE office. The expected U.S. base salary range is $110,000–$253,000 annually in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered. Actual offers may vary based on location, experience, education, training, and skills.
