At Openwork, we're looking for experienced agency recruiters who know how to build and run a successful full desk. This is not a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or recruiting-only role. We are seeking proven 360 recruiters with a track record of developing client relationships, generating job orders, recruiting talent, and making placements. As an Executive/Direct Hire Recruiter, you'll own the entire business cycle from business development and client management to candidate recruitment and placement. You'll have the autonomy to build your market, grow your book of business, and directly impact your earnings and career growth. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3-5+ years of experience running a true full desk within a professional staffing environment.
