About The Position

Volvo Group is a global organisation offering trucks, buses, construction equipment, power solutions for marine and industrial applications, financing and services that increase our customers’ uptime and productivity. Within Volvo Group, Financial Control and Accounting (FCA) plays an important role in ensuring our financial operations run accurately, efficiently and effectively across the business. We are looking for a Direct Debit Controller to join the team and take ownership of Direct Debit processing across both Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks. You’ll play a key role in making sure collections are accurate, compliant and completed on time, while working closely with customers, dealers, depots and colleagues across the business.

Requirements

• Experience in Direct Debit processing.
• Knowledge of compliance in financial operations.
• Ability to work closely with customers, dealers, depots and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivation to contribute to the transformation of the company, the transport industry and society.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Direct Debit processing across both Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks.
• Ensure collections are accurate, compliant and completed on time.
• Work closely with customers, dealers, depots and colleagues across the business.
