About The Position

The Direct Connect Brand Manager will work within the performance parts brand organization. Position requires a results-driven individual who is passionate about high performance vehicles and products as well as thorough automotive technical knowledge. Responsibilities include managing product portfolio of performance parts to balance profitability within a specific budget by defining and optimizing: content, pricing, volumes, sales, profitability, lifecycle strategies, as well as marketing strategies among Tier 1, business centers and dealers. The selected candidate will enter a fast-paced, energetic team and work closely with a large group of cross-functional departments including: Brand Management, Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Supply Chain. They must demonstrate the ability to use analytical data to identify opportunities, and make recommendations to deliver positive sales results. The role will require entrepreneurial mindset with creative thinking and strong: analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 10 years of automotive experience in sales, engineering, product planning, or product strategy
  • Strong passion for performance vehicles with automotive technical knowledge
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and G Suite
  • Analytical experience tracking business metrics and driving decisions based on market data
  • Ability to develop and present strategic / tactical plans at senior management level
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional organization, build partnerships, and share knowledge
  • Highly organized, motivated and outgoing individual who wants to develop within FCA US LLC

  • Detailed knowledge of FCA Group LLC and competitive performance vehicles and products
  • Experience leading preparation of Business Reviews, Sales and Commercial meetings
  • Experience with product licensing and motorsports programs
  • Experience working with experiential, auto show and marketing agencies
