About The Position

Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) is a leading global breakfast cereal company and the maker of Nestlé breakfast cereals, including UNCLE TOBYS and global favourites such as MILO® NESQUIK® and CHEERIOS®. With more than 50 brands to suit all ages and lifestyles, we strive to make breakfast better with convenient, tasty and nutritious food that helps people start their day in the best possible way. We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Manager- Ready to Eat Cereals (RTEC) to join our team in Sydney. In this exciting role, you will lead the charge across some of our RTEC brands, and the role will offer plenty of exposure to brand strategy, portfolio management. communications and innovation pipeline.

Requirements

  • You will demonstrate game changing growth behaviours; growth mindset, lead through change and be able to embrace constraints because we believe together we lead, together we grow.
  • You will be a dynamic, pragmatic and results focussed Brand Manager
  • You will have demonstrated strategic analytical skills as well solid project management skills in an FMCG business.
  • The ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy
  • You have extensive NPD experience, and experience working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined NPD process
  • Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic lead of the brand plan across Australia, championing the needs of consumers, shoppers and customers.
  • Conversion of both category and consumer insights, into validated brand growth opportunities
  • Identification, development and delivery an innovation pipeline. Ensuring a long-term validated pipeline is always live and active
  • Management of the innovation process for key projects, in line with business objectives
  • Development and management of media plan and creative assets
