About The Position

The Brand Manager, Crema & Cheese is responsible for driving brand growth, accelerating household penetration, and strengthening brand equity with both core Hispanic and mainstream consumers. This role will champion our brand vision to be the #1 consumer preferred brand for authentic Mexican food. Responsibilities include strategic brand planning and opportunity identification, management and development of marketing campaigns, and cross-functional leadership of strategic initiatives and annual brand plans. The ideal candidate combines strong CPG fundamentals with commercial rigor, cultural fluency, and a passion for bringing bold brand energy to life across modern channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years minimum CPG brand management experience, ideally in food
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Command of understanding and interpreting syndicated data from Circana or Nielsen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, excited to roll up sleeves and own results
  • Experience managing budgets, launching new products, and partnering with agencies
  • Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience marketing to Hispanic or Multi-Cultural consumers a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and annual growth agenda for Cheese & Crema business, balancing both core performance & expansion with mainstream consumers
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels, usage occasions, consumers and retailers to accelerate dairy product portfolio
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities, continually tracking performance and adjusting strategies to meet financial and sales goals
  • Serve as a champion for the category, ensuring the sales teams are equipped with strong knowledge of brand strategy and priorities
  • Manage execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and shopper marketing initiatives with internal/external partners and agencies
  • Plan and deliver against annual commercial calendar to vertically align sales and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure consistent, distinctive brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for all marketing initiatives to drive ROI
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L accountability
  • Manage budget to align with marketing goals and optimize based on performance
  • Take initiative, drive actions and results with internal and external cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Channel an entrepreneurial spirit and have a growth mindset; strong desire to win as a team
