About The Position

Flagstar is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to work within our client's Community Group Homes. In this role, you will provide support with daily living tasks and personal care, ensuring patients receive essential social and emotional support. You will also provide vital information about patient condition to the House Manager. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, competitive pay, and benefits.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
• Ability to Communicate Effectively
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
• Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support.
• Provide vital information of patient condition to House Manager.
