About The Position

Dignitas Inc. is seeking exceptional Direct Care Workers committed to providing high-quality care to individuals with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, facilitating participation in planned activities, and promoting their independence. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and reference verification is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in direct care or related fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Group Home Manager.
• Accurately document client behaviors and responses.
• Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide safe transportation for clients to various activities.
• Participate in household maintenance and upkeep as required.
