We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated people to join our team as Part-Time Direct Care Workers – $17.01/hour. Each day brings something new and rewarding. Because our homes operate 24/7, scheduling may include weekends and holidays. The work can be physically and emotionally demanding at times—but the difference you make in someone’s life is immeasurable.

Responsibilities
- Support up to three adults with disabilities in a warm, home setting.
- Assist with daily living needs such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Accompany and engage individuals in community activities, volunteer opportunities, and events.
- Encourage independence and celebrate achievements, big and small.
