About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring safely.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure client safety and confidentiality.
