About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or direct care is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient, and respectful care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Auburn Hills, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions and needs.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients as needed.
