About The Position
Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team for weekend-only shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In this essential role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition.
- Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration.
- Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Work closely with families to provide the best care possible.
