Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in St. Clair Shores, MI
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform caregiving tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or needs to supervisors
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all care plans and company policies to ensure quality service
