About The Position
This role is more than providing care; it’s about improving the quality of life for an individual. You'll play an important role in helping the client maintain independence while giving their spouse the support and peace of mind they deserve. Shift Availability (Must be able to work all days): Tuesday-10a-6p Wednesday-10a-6p Friday-10a-6p
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (reasonable accommodations available)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care tailored to the client's individual needs.
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.
- Accompany the client to appointments or community outings as needed.
- Assist with household tasks by helping create a less stressful daily routine.
- Build trusting relationships with both the client and their spouse through kindness, professionalism, and dependable care.
