Requirements
- Previous experience in a direct care or caregiving role is an asset, but NOT required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Flexible availability to meet client scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
