About The Position

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located in Arizona, we provide structured, trauma-informed, and clinically sophisticated care for youth who require intensive therapeutic support. MMYTC staff routinely treat vulnerable youth who have survived abuse, neglect and exploitation in their communities, which provides a unique opportunity for staff to provide life-saving care. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, behavioral health technicians, nurses, case managers, educators, and direct care professionals who work together to create safe, therapeutic environments where youth can stabilize, heal, and build lifelong skills. Our evidence-based programming integrates individual, group, and family therapy; psychiatric evaluation and medication management; substance use disorder treatment; specialized care for youth who are survivors of sexual exploitation; skills development and behavior management; accredited educational services; and discharge planning and community reintegration. We serve adolescents with complex trauma histories, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, co-occurring substance use, and other mental health diagnoses requiring 24/7 therapeutic support. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a minimum of HS diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
