Direct Care Supervisor - New Beginnings
About The Position

You’ll be the go-to leader helping youth workers create safe, structured, and supportive environments for young people ages 0–18. Every day brings something different — coaching staff, solving problems on the fly, supporting youth programs, and making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in youth services or residential care
- CPR/First Aid/AED certified
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent
- 6 months of proven supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of youth workers across residential programs
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff
- Coaching employees through challenges and celebrating wins
- Creating schedules and keeping daily operations running efficiently
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Jumping into problem-solving mode when unexpected situations arise
- Helping maintain safe, supportive, trauma-informed environments
- Participating in on-call rotations and helping cover urgent staffing needs
- Organizing team meetings that keep everyone informed and connected
- Supporting youth, families, and staff with professionalism and empathy
