We are seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to work in a supportive, family-like rural setting with smaller student body sizes. This role involves making a difference in the lives of youth and young adults by helping them reach their full potential. The position is within Eckerd Connects' Girls Short-Term Juvenile Justice Residential Program, a gender-responsive, rehabilitative experience for girls ages 13-17, referred by the North Carolina Department of Public Safety Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. The program focuses on helping young women develop skills for successful reintegration into their families and communities through a combination of evidence-based practices, family transition components, individualized treatment and academic plans, experiential education, community service, behavioral health, and family counseling in a non-punitive, strength-based environment.
