Requirements

• Ability to work on-call for 1 week in a 5-week rotation.
• Ability to work all shifts during the on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff on the 3rd shift.
• Ensure quality services, safe environments, and opportunities for self-determination and community integration.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills.
• Promote independence and choice-making for individuals.
• Attend meetings during normal business hours as required.
• Be available for on-call duties for one week in a five-week rotation, including working all shifts during that on-call rotation.
