About The Position

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our Supported Living Services team. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is needed. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communicator & problem solver
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings

Nice To Haves

• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required
• Driver (for mileage reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges
• Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement
• Document client progress via case notes
