Source of Hope is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support individuals in their homes and communities. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, located off W Hunt Hwy & N Felix Rd in Florence, AZ. The role offers consistent hours, a supportive team, ongoing training, and the opportunity to do meaningful work where you see the impact daily.
Requirements
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Compassionate and respectful
- Comfortable with hands-on care
- Willing to learn and follow care plans
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
- Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed)
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders (per care plan)
- Monitor well-being and report updates
- Follow individualized care plans
