About The Position
This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Do you want to help others and make a meaningful impact on someone's life? Shifts Needed : Very Flexible during daytime hours, needing 10 hours per week.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation, vehicle and insurance to take member on errands
- Must be ok with smoking in the home
Responsibilities
- Assist member up when falls occur
- Stand by assist to prevent falls
- Small wound care
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Bathing, Grooming, Dressing
- Meal Prep
- Grocery shopping, medication pick-ups, errands
