As a direct care professional, you will get to influence or choose your own schedule, have access to ongoing staffing opportunities, and experience real support from people on your client's team with a clear point of contact. Our onboarding process is quick and simple––we require a background screening, and offer free training courses for those who may be new to this field. Once onboarded, we aim to connect you to shifts that fit your availability within a week of your start date! Please note the hourly wage is determined based on the type of service provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management.
Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Valid driver’s license (Required) and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

Help individuals achieve their goals, such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community involvement.
Foster real connections while supporting people through their daily activities.
Encourage individuals to participate in their favorite community activities and make meaningful choices. This includes providing transportation.
Assist with personal hygiene as needed, and support with behavioral challenges and more complex needs.
