Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact? The Southeastern Family Project (SEFP) is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Associate to support women and families in a residential treatment program serving individuals recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. As a member of our residential care team, you will provide direct client support, help maintain a safe and structured environment, encourage recovery and independent living skills, and work alongside the Program Manager and treatment team to promote long-term success. The Southeastern Family Project is part of the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board network of services, providing licensed residential treatment for substance use disorders (ASAM levels 3.5 and 3.1). The program serves non-pregnant women, pregnant women, postpartum women, and infants in a structured, gender-responsive setting. SEFP focuses on creating a stable therapeutic environment that promotes recovery, parenting support, and overall wellness for families working toward long-term stability. This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to support recovery, strengthen families, and contribute to long-term change. SEFP offers a meaningful role where your presence directly impacts the safety, stability, and progress of the individuals and families we serve.
