About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and on-call/PRN, with shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

High School Diploma or HSE required.
Past employment experience.
Ability to obtain a valid Montana Driver's License.
Acceptable driving record.
Acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn resident care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

Experience, education, and shift may influence pay.
Interest in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA.

Responsibilities

Implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, and skill-building techniques.
Understand the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.
Utilize computer literacy skills for performance-based software and electronic medical records systems.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to work as a team member.
Make accurate observations and report them.
Learn resident care methods.
Follow oral and written instructions.
