About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.

Requirements

  • Patient, kind, and dependable.
  • Interested in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA.
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • Interpersonal oral and written communications skills.
  • A High School Diploma or HSE.
  • Past employment experience.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver’s License.
  • Must have an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans with the knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed a developmental disability.
  • Navigate, record, and perform basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
  • Work as a team member, make observations and report them accurately, learn resident care methods, and follow oral and written instructions.
