About The Position
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.
Requirements
- Patient, kind, and dependable.
- Interested in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Interpersonal oral and written communications skills.
- A High School Diploma or HSE.
- Past employment experience.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver’s License.
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
- Must have an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.

Responsibilities
- Implement individual support plans with the knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed a developmental disability.
- Navigate, record, and perform basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
- Work as a team member, make observations and report them accurately, learn resident care methods, and follow oral and written instructions.
