About The Position

Lifesteps is immediately hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Companion (Caregivers) to work in Beaver Falls, PA. Lifesteps is hiring compassionate and caring individuals to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home location in Beaver Falls, PA. Direct Support Staff assist participants with their daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, medications, personal care, and goal attainment plus staff assist clients with community outings and teaching social skills.

Requirements

• 18 yrs or older
• Ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with their daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, medications, personal care, and goal attainment.
• Assist clients with community outings and teaching social skills.
