About The Position

Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-22 with autism. The King’s Daughters’ School promotes independence through educational, residential and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities, continuing a 100-year legacy of service. Our Vision: The King’s Daughters’ School will improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through caring, goal-oriented service delivered by dedicated staff in a safe, warm learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)

Nice To Haves

• Some background with developmental disabilities is preferred, but willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism
• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing a warm, family and home-like environment for clients
