About The Position

Lifesteps, a local, human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is seeking compassionate and caring staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in the Harmarville area of Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves assisting individuals with their daily living activities and home care, including dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transportation to appointments. Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours with available shifts including overnights (11 pm to 7 am) or evening/overnight combos (3 pm to 7 am). Part-time hours with flexible scheduling are also available, making it a great option for supplemental income. No prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided. Experienced home health aides, nurse's aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
