Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
