About The Position

This specific role is for a part-time Direct Accounts Merchandiser in the Harrisburg area, responsible for overseeing multiple stores in Pennsylvania. The position offers a flexible schedule, a monthly phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement, serving as a great source of supplemental income.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must work in a team environment.
Maintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch and break schedules.
Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines.
Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
1-3 years of related experience in a retail or similar industry.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Basic knowledge of smart phone technology.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Rotate, stock, and take inventory of Turkey Hill Tea products at various store locations.
Provide market conditions and insight upon request and/or when observed.
Collaborate with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes.
Maintain professional relationships with all customers and employees.
Travel to store locations in a 50-mile radius.
Perform all duties in compliance with all corporate and regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations.
Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality.
Demonstrate the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.
Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
