As a Director of Product Management &Delivery (US-remote), you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem! This primarily responsibilities of the Director of Product Management and Delivery is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of products from market Product Management conception through development and launch. This role ensures alignment between product strategy, development, and operational execution, driving cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Team members reporting into this role include Software Product Managers, Product Owners, documentation writers and Business Analysts. A typical day at ACI for a Director of Product Management and Delivery is: Oversee the full product delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and launch. Collaborate with market product management, engineering, architects, support teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Responsible for developing the functional designs of the solution, including clearly defining the business processes and workflows that the solution should support. Ensure development and documentation of detailed technical requirements with architects, development leaders, and documentation specialists. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful, timely product launches. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product delivery managers and product owners. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, providing regular updates and reports on delivery activities. Manage grooming sessions with teams, level set release planning with scrum master’s and development teams. Working in conjunction with market-facing product management and development teams, ensure product documentation is delivered upon feature completion, including comprehensive release notes to meet business commercialization & launch activities. Manage and coordinate handover sessions to stakeholders cross-functional teams. Champion a culture of collaboration, quality, accountability, and innovation within the organization. Lead the documentation process, stakeholder updates, and communication about new capabilities and releases. Adapt and swiftly manage change of priorities. Perform other duties as assigned Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
