About The Position

The Performance Improvement (PI) Director provides support to the CEO/COO. The PI Director plans and coordinates activities directly related to the identification, evaluation and analysis of the performance and quality improvement activities for the facility and has primary responsibility for the oversight, facilitation, and management of all site visits and/or audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in health care field or Mental health related program required.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a psychiatric facility required.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, risk identification, assessment, reduction, and claims management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • In the absence of any of these qualifications employee must demonstrate the ability to learn these concepts and develop these skills within a reasonable time frame via the organizations

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred.
