This is a Software Engineering III position at the Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs. Role Profile: Lead the end-to-end delivery of KYC/EDD platform enhancements, focusing on client-level KYC transformation and integration projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including various PAGs, to align technical solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple squads across the Field Account Opening and Maintenance Workflows chapter. Drive the development of innovative solutions for business enablement, ensuring high standards of quality, speed, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in building technological solutions within the financial services domain.
  • Proven expertise as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on Java.
  • Extensive knowledge in client acquisition/onboarding, account opening processes, and KYC/EDD processes.
  • Rich experience in system design and development of complex applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high degree of openness and objectivity to the views of others.
  • Experience working with teams across geographic locations and managing competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with KAFKA, MQ Migration, Angular UI, and AI-related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of KYC/EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) platform enhancements.
  • Reviewing work products and deploying the application in the test environment and initiate the process of user acceptance testing.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop alternative solutions and identify optimal approaches to problem-solving.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client onboarding, contributing valuable insights and expertise to the team.
