Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage and develop team members
• Demonstrates initiative, follow- through, and reflection

Responsibilities

• Plans objectives for assigned area and ensures management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals.
• Plans and directs training, events, re-imaging of dining space and marketing within the assigned region to support the Sector goals
• Provides the leadership and vision to create an outstanding and reimagined resident experience
• Collaborates with sector partners to provide resources and consultation to dining staff
• Performs other duties as assigned
