The Director of E-Commerce and Marketing will own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple channels with a focus on digital/e-commerce, retail traffic generation, CRM, and performance marketing. This leader will drive customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and omni-channel revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to reinvigorate a nostalgic brand and marketing approach. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical rigor, creative instincts, and proven experience scaling digital programs for consumer brands — ideally within retail, QSR, gifting, promotions, or e-commerce-driven businesses.
