The role maintains resident and personnel files in compliance with State and Federal laws and collaborates with the People Services team on HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and training initiatives. Additionally, the Director is responsible for fostering a safe working environment, managing unsafe actions, and assisting with workplace injury investigations and communications.
