The Diocesan Appeals Coordinator provides administrative, project coordination, and operational support for diocesan fundraising appeals, marketing initiatives, and donor communications. This position assists in the execution of the Charity and Development Appeal (CDA), special fundraising campaigns, donor communications, parish engagement efforts, and marketing projects. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Diocesan Appeals, the Coordinator helps manage campaign timelines, vendor relationships, production schedules, donor correspondence, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure the successful implementation of advancement and stewardship initiatives. The position serves as a key support resource for appeal operations and marketing activities while advancing the mission of the Diocese of Phoenix.
