About The Position

This is a full-time position at Westminster Palms. The Dining Services Tech I is responsible for performing table service and excellent customer service based on established serving standards and guidelines. This role involves serving residents' meals accurately and efficiently, performing light cleaning and stocking duties, washing dishes, cutting desserts, and preparing items for upcoming meal periods. Additionally, the position requires maintaining temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor. This position description may change over time as organizational needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and excellent customer service based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional, and timely manner.
• Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Wash dishes, cut desserts, and prepare items for the next scheduled meal period or day.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor.
