As a Dining Services Supervisor (Lead Server), you’ll lead by example—balancing hands-on service with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure our residents receive an outstanding dining experience while supporting, coaching, and guiding the serving team to success. This role arrives ahead of service periods to prepare the team and environment—ensuring servers are set up for success and residents receive a seamless, high-quality dining experience from the very start. You’ll be a key partner to the Dining Services Director, helping ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality front-of-house operations.
