Requirements
- A patient, caring, and organized team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong character and personal integrity
- Flexibility with scheduling
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests, offering alternatives and additional servings as needed
- Set up the dining room before each meal (tablecloths, napkins, silverware, condiments, etc.)
- Maintain clean and well-stocked condiment stations
- Clean and reset the dining area after service
- Wash dishes and manage both clean and dirty dish areas
- Assist with dining room safety, including handling walkers and rollators during and after meals
- Communicate supply needs to the Dietary Manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned
