About The Position

Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Dining Services Director to lead our kitchen and dining staff, along with bringing happiness to our residents through exceptional meals. Requirements

Current Serve Safe Certification
Culinary arts training or degree
Experience with financial oversight in a food service department

Background working in Senior Living preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Overseeing preparation and service of meals and snacks by your kitchen staff.
Managing budgets, food purchasing, invoices, and inventory control.
Supervising and training a team of dining associates to provide exceptional service.
Planning menus and preparing meals for holidays, special occasions, and catered events.
Adhere to individual diet needs and plans.
Ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality dining experience that reflects creativity and attention to detail.
