Requirements

  • Passion for food and serving seniors.
  • Ability to direct and coordinate the dining experience of residents and guests in an upscale atmosphere.
  • Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the dining services department.
  • Ability to provide food services for residents and employees.
  • Ability to establish departmental regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative policies.
  • Ability to develop standards for organization and supervision of dining services.
