About The Position
Bethany Community Services/Nichols Village is seeking dependable and friendly Dining Service Associates to join their dedicated team at their Senior Living Community in Groveland, MA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible shifts while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents. The ideal candidate is team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety and service. Openings include Line Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, and Dishwashers for the main dining room and tavern. Positions are available as Part-Time (PT), Full-Time (FT), Per Diem (PD), and seasonal summer work. Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the community.
- Understanding of safety, health, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to successfully pass a background screening process.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with older adults is preferred.
- Experienced line cooks and bartenders are preferred.
- No experience needed for servers and dishwashers.
Responsibilities
- Serve residents in the main dining room and tavern.
- Prepare food as a Line Cook.
- Serve drinks as a Bartender.
- Wash dishes as a Dishwasher.
